General Data Protection Law (LGPD) Law 13,709/2018

This LGPD Compliance Agreement (Agreement) aims to ensure the adequacy of the DEV-TEAM Company to the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018).

The DEV-TEAM (Company), as the Controller, which corresponds to the legal entity of public/private law, responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data, states that it adopts all necessary measures to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Law.

DEV-TEAM operates in the field of DONATION AND VOLUNTEERING, where sensitive/personal data is collected, aiming for the proper treatment of this data, guaranteeing the fundamental rights of the data subjects.

For the fulfillment of the norm and its guidelines, the Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who acts as a communication channel between the controller, data subjects, and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

The DEV-TEAM (Company), as the Controller, which corresponds to the legal entity of public/private law, responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data, states that it adopts all necessary measures to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Law.

DEV-TEAM operates in the field of DONATION AND VOLUNTEERING, where sensitive/personal data is collected, aiming for the best relationship with its customers and partners and always with respect for the privacy of the received data.

The Company undertakes to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all personal data held or accessed/transmitted electronically, to ensure the protection of this data against unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, disclosure, or accidental or improper loss. For clarity, personal data corresponds to information related to identified or identifiable natural persons.

The Company undertakes to process personal data to which it has access only with the respective permissions of the data subjects, that is, with the confirmations of the natural persons to whom the personal data refers that will be subject to treatment.

The Company ensures that all its employees, representatives, directors, representatives, or contracted third parties who have access to personal data that is under the responsibility of the Company have signed the Confidentiality Agreement, as well as undertake to keep any Personal Data strictly confidential and not to use it for other purposes, except for providing services.

Personal Data may not be disclosed to third parties, except with the prior written authorization of the data subject, or in the event that the Company, by legal determination, must provide the personal data to a public authority, on the occasion the data subject must be informed in advance so that they can take the necessary measures.
